La 100 Professional at SIGEP 2026: live demonstrations with Leonardo Di Carlo
From January 16 to 20, we will be in Rimini for SIGEP, the leading event and source of inspiration for the entire foodservice community.
It will be an opportunity to discover La 100 Professional, the gluten-free flour line designed to meet the everyday needs of pastry chefs, artisans, and professionals from the Horeca sector.
Our stand will also host two unmissable sessions with master pastry chef Leonardo Di Carlo, a key reference in contemporary pastry and professional training. He will lead two live demonstrations focused on the professional use of the range:
