Every year MOLINO PEILA SpA invests considerable resources in the field of quality.
In 1997, it qualified for the production and marketing of flours obtained from cereals produced with organic cultivation techniques. In 2001, it embarked on the path of GMO free products, obtaining voluntary product certification with a third party certification authority. In 2002, it obtained authorisation for the production and marketing of flours obtained from cereals produced with the biodynamic cultivation method and, in the same year, the company received export authorisation with Biosuisse recognition.
Today, adapting itself to the needs of more demanding markets (the national and international large-scale retail trade), MOLINO PEILA SpA has obtained voluntary certification in compliance with the BRC (BRITISH RETAIL CONSORTIUM) and IFS (INTERNATIONAL FOOD STANDARD) norms, in addition to system certification to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 norms, as well as UNI 11020 internal traceability.

Company certified by SGS Italia SpA in accordance with IFS and BRC standards for the production processes of maize, flour for instant polenta and packaging of flours of different cereals. All intended to provide the con-sumer with ever more healthier and safer products.
All our maize and rice flours are naturally gluten-free.
